All products sold by Lyndsey Kuster LLC are digital products delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped.

Refund Policy

Due to the immediate access and digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable license for personal, single-classroom use only.

Account & Download Monitoring

To protect the integrity of our resources, account activity and download behavior may be monitored. Excessive, suspicious, automated, bulk downloading, sharing, or misuse of resources may result in revoked access without refund.

Chargebacks

By purchasing our digital products, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issues prior to filing a chargeback.

If a chargeback is initiated, access to all purchased materials may be revoked while the dispute is investigated.
